High Point is currently upgrading our existing Master Meter 3G meters to the advanced Master Meter Allegro system. This important upgrade will improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency while allowing for enhanced remote meter reading.
What this means for you:
As part of this upgrade, customers will gain access to the My Water Advisor 2 app, providing greater visibility and control over water usage. With this app, you can:
- Monitor your water usage in near real-time
- View monthly, daily, or hourly usage
- Detect potential water leaks early
- Track usage trends
- Set conservation goals
- Receive alerts for unusual activity

Upgrade Timeline & Scheduling
This is a system-wide improvement project that will take time to complete. Our operators are following a carefully planned schedule to replace meters throughout the service area.
