New Service Request

Welcome to the High Point SUD Community.  Please contact our office by phone or email jessica@highpointsud.com to apply for water service.  We look forward to serving your water needs.

New Owners

  • All new accounts have a refundable $240 deposit due with your first bill.
  • Complete the New Service Packet and email it to jessica@highpointsud.com along with your closing documents and valid state or government-issued identification.  We do not need your loan documentation, just documentation of the address and closing date.
  • If the packet is not received within three days, your service will be disconnected, and additional fees will be applied to your account.

New Tenants

  • All new tenants have a refundable $290 deposit due with your first bill.
  • Complete the New Service Packet and email it to jessica@highpointsud.com along with your lease agreement.
  • If the packet is not received within three days, your service will be disconnected, and additional fees will be applied to your account.
