New Service Request

Welcome to the High Point SUD Community.  Please click the link below to complete the New Service Agreement documents to apply for water service.  If you have any questions, email jessica@highpointsud.com or call the office.  For non-standard water service, residential subdivisions, or commercial service, email mindi@highpointsud.com

New Owners

  • All new accounts have a refundable $240 deposit due with your first bill.
  • Complete the New Service Packet and email jessica@highpointsud.com your closing documents and valid state or government-issued identification.  We do not need your loan documentation, just the address and closing date.
  • If High Point does not receive the application and information within three days, your service will be disconnected, and your account will be subject to additional fees.

New Tenants

  • All new tenants have a refundable $290 deposit due with your first bill.
  • Complete the New Service Packet and email jessica@highpointsud.com your lease agreement.
  • If High Point does not receive the application and information within three days, your service will be disconnected, and your account will be subject to additional fees.
