High Point SUD offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Please use the identical name as it appears on your bill when registering (ALL CAPS). Only the name listed first will be accepted if two people are on the bill.  If you are still having problems, please email jessica@highpointsud.com

Automatic Bank Draft (ACH draft using High Point SUD)

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and applied to your water account.  Fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form to set up Automated Bank Draft.  If using this form of payment, do NOT initiate the auto-pay feature on the Customer Portal.  Doing so will result in double payments to your account.

Online Payment (One-time payments or Auto-pay using Third-party site)

If paying online, click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  If this is your first time using the Customer Portal, you will need to register your account by selecting the Consumer Registration link.  Use the name as it appears on your bill; if two people are listed on the bill, the system will only accept the first name to register.  Your payment will be processed using our third-party payment center, Nexbill Pay.  If using the third-party auto-pay feature as a form of payment, do NOT sign up for ACH Draft through High Point SUD.  Doing so will result in double payments to your account.

By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. Please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill to avoid late fees. 

Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. Please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are typically very busy to avoid longer wait times.  If you are dropping off a payment after hours, please use the drop slot located to the front door's right.

Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Usually, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments are mailed to High Point and may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

ATTENTION

Please use one of the forms of payment listed above only!  Be aware of a 3rd party payment center named DOXO that is used as an online payment source.  High Point SUD is NOT affiliated with this company!  A few customers have recently used this site to pay their water bills, and High Point SUD has not received their payment.  Unfortunately, if you are or have used this website to pay your bill, you could be in jeopardy of having your services disconnected for non-payment.  Again, High Point Special Utility District is NOT affiliated with DOXO and does NOT recommend using this site as a form of payment for your water bill!  If you wish to make online payments, please use a reliable source such as your bank or our payment center, Xpress Pay.
