Temporary Office Hours

To avoid the spread of COVID-19 High Point SUD is shutting down to only key personnel starting tomorrow, March 20, 2020 until April 6, 2020 according to the Governor's executive order.

Our office will only be open to phone, email, and drop box for limited hours per day.  Field staff will work one operator at a time for emergency/critical work orders and are to stay at a minimum of 6 foot away form anyone.

Major Water Associations Reassure Public on Safety of Tap Water During COVID-19 Outbreak

Washington, D.C. - As the global COVID-19 crisis continues to develop and reports of bottled water shortages make headlines, the National Association of Water Companies, the American Water Works Association and the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies issued the following joint statement:

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, America's drinking water supplies remain a safe and affordable way to access the water needed for drinking, cooking and maintaining personal hygiene during the COVID-19 outbreak.
